"We stayed at this property to celebrate a milestone birthday for my mom and we couldn't have asked for a better homebase. It was perfect for us four adults. The property sits on top of hill overlooking Pagosa Springs with an incredible view of snow capped Pagosa Peak and the San Juans. We arrived to a clean property, and made full use of the kitchen, played games in the dining room, and took advantage of the firepit for s'mores in the evenings. Downtown Pagosa is no more than a 15 minute walk, including city park, the hippy dips, the springs resort, and the Riverwalk trail. We did have a little bit of an issue with the wifi, but our host was very quick to respond with solutions, and consistently checked in with me about the status, but given the surroundings and access to the outdoors, we barely had any need for internet."
