“The stay at the hotel was a great experience for our first time in Barcelona.
We had the family connecting room, the room was spacious and comfortable. The main thing we have to mention is that the staff's service is excellent, especially the front-desk employee Gloria, she was our angel during our stay. They were always eager to help us with little things such as booking a ticket to museums that made our trip so much smoother.

“The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. "The hotel is located in an area with a lot of adultery workers and thieves, as we were warned by not one but a few drivers during the stay. The hotel itself is a decent one, we were welcomed by glasses of Cava however the front desk was a bit understaff as both the time we had to wait quite a bit to check in and check out. The bed is very huge which usually is a good thing however in this case it gets too huge and make the room feel a bit small, other than the above mentioned the overall experience is a pleasant one. Do keep an eye on your phones and wallets when you are in the neighborhood!"
