When asked the staff about it, they seem didn't care much, just saying sorry about this.
No recommended at all.”

“Hotel itself is amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful. The only drawback is it's a half an hour from everything. They have a restaurant but they don't have a menu. When you order something you don't know what you're going to be charged. Prices were quite shocking.”

In addition to the amazing property, what really made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service. The employees were so warm and welcoming and……
“There was black mould in our room. The hotel refused to issue a refund. The hotel offered other rooms that also had black mould or that were unacceptably dirty. Stay away.”
