"The owner was not friendly at all and seemed upset that the room was reserved through Expedia. They really shouldn’t use the word “hotel” to describe this place. The cleaning lady was as sweet as pie, and the young woman who handled check-in was very nice and patient but the way the owner spoke to her was unpleasant to witness. The two positive reviews listed online must be fake because nothing about the accommodations reflects them. There are too many things to list that were not up to par....

"A good place to stay if you need to be in that area of Cali. The staff stored one bag of groceries for us since there wasn't a refrigerator in our room. "
