"Nunca pude usar la habitación por problemas ajenos a mi voluntad ya que migración Panamá no nos dejó salir del tránsito. Intenté comunicarme el mismo 18 de marzo 4 veces por teléfono y no tuve respuesta, por la app de hoteles.com envié un chat al hotel 2 veces también y jamás obtuve respuesta. Entiendo que la reserva la hice sin opción a reembolso pero ya que no pude hacer uso de la habitación al menos esperaba un crédito del total de la reserva por parte de hotel.com o del mismo hotel para hacer uso de ello en otra oportunidad. Muy poca empatía ante estas situaciones "
