“This is a newly built property with modern loft style rooms. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant on ground level has a nice breakfast included that is made to order and the evening has a great menu. The building is divided between mixed residence and hotel with the pool in the second building (we didn't use). There is also a secure parking garage that is free of charge. The area has a couple of fine restaurants and about 1 km is an Italian market that has fantastic deli, cheese,……

“Very convenient location with many dining options just a short stroll away. Friendly reception and our bags were taken up to the room, as somebody had mentioned in a previous review, there are no elevators. Room was furnished nicely and there was a rooftop terrace area outside which was very nice. The room did not feel clean. I had spilled something on the floor and when I wiped it up, the cloth was literally black. The wood floors were very sticky and the grout in the bathroom was filthy. ……

“This literally felt like home away from home. The front desk manager greeted me by NAME upon arrival, they were helpful and very accommodating. From the luggage assistance to the bartender, everyone was such a joy to be around and the pictures looked EXACTLY like the room. I would definitely recommend and stay there again!”

“The room was clean. The only thing that I didn’t like was the towels was very old and dingy I end up buying towels. Part of the sheets were dingy as well but not as bad as the towels. What I like most the reception didn’t bother you or your guest like some other apartment complex does Location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, parks, malls. Close to everything your heart desires. The place was really beautiful. Would recommend.”
