Las increíbles vistas del Golfo de México y del Lago Powell hacen de esta hermosa propiedad la casa de vacaciones perfecta. Sentado en un lote de esquina y sólo 400 pasos de la playa.

Esta casa ofrece privacidad y tiene porches en todos los niveles. Nueva construcción de planta abierta con cocina de chef, sala grande, porche, comedor, tocador y suite principal con baño privado en el nivel principal. En el segundo nivel encontrará la segunda suite principal, la sala de literas con baño privado y la segunda suite de invitados y una sala de lavandería completa. El tercer nivel cuenta con una tercera suite principal grande con vistas al golfo; así como, un segundo espacio de entretenimiento con barra húmeda y acceso a la última cubierta del piso superior. La cubierta Sky está totalmente equipada con las conexiones de entretenimiento necesarias y unas vistas increíbles. Excepcionalmente, esta casa tiene cinco habitaciones: cuatro habitaciones, todas con camas king, televisores y baño privado y una habitación con literas con cuatro literas, televisión y baño privado. Esta casa está equipada con conexión inalámbrica mejorada, gran parrilla de gas natural al aire libre y una Xbox One. ¡Recuerda traer tus juegos de Xbox! Cuatro sillas reservadas de chaise lounge con cojines y sombrillas en la playa (de marzo a mediados de octubre) están disponibles con el alquiler. Sillas de alquiler adicionales están disponibles.

Carillon Beach ofrece acceso a la playa privada, múltiples piscinas, lago Carillon privado, muy cerca del Aeropuerto Internacional Northwest Florida Beaches (ECP) y mucho más. Los huéspedes tienen acceso a tres piscinas Carillon, cancha de básquetbol de tamaño completo, canchas de tenis, área de juegos para niños, área de juegos verdes y conciertos gratuitos. Making Memories!

This was our second stay at Making Memories. Our family of 13 including 5 children (6 and under) had another wonderful stay. The hosts are very responsive and the home is beautiful. Having 4 king bedrooms and a bunk room is perfect and is hard to find anywhere else. We rented a golf cart which made getting to the beach very easy. Carillon Beach is definitely a little slice of heaven. We’ll definitely be returning again!

Carillon 25

We have been coming to Carillon for 10 years with our family. We now have our kids and grandkids. This was a great house due to a great kitchen and great floor plan for speeding out the generations

Lovely home!

Plenty of room for our group of 11. Kitchen was well-stocked, beds were comfortable, walk to the beach was easy and the community was quiet and family-friendly. We enjoyed pickleball and tennis as well as the heated pool. Would stay here again.

Spring break fun!

I almost want to give one star so no one will discover this hidden gem! Several families from our hometown all called Carillon home for a week and I have to say we had the best house of them all! The ground floor master was perfect for the grandparents while the two kings on second floor were great for two families…the bunk room and third floor are perfect if you have groups of boys and girls cause they all had their own space. Perfect location to all the amenities in the community and we felt comfortable letting our kids venture on their own because of how small Carillon is and the gated feature adds a sense of safety. Beach was gorgeous as well! We will be back

Love Making Memories

Great Fall Break

We loved our time at Making Memories! The house was spacious, clean and wonderfully equipped. Having the beach chairs available and waiting for us on the beach was a huge plus, especially with a two year old in tow!

Wonderful Memories Made!

Making Memories did not disappoint - clean, a well-stocked kitchen, and the toiletries in the bathrooms were a nice touch. The owner was very accessible and responsive - she alerted us as to the beach closures related to the shark attacks. Note that the beaches were only closed for one day. The floorplan was outstanding for our party - 8 adults and 4 under 4. Plenty of floorspace in the larger bedrooms for a pack and play (we even put one in the master bedroom closet :) ). Loved the drop zone inside by the back door for beach bags, towels and shoes. 5 minute walk to the beach or the family pool. Shady front porch as it faces one of the shaded common areas. We love Carillon - our second time going. The beaches aren't as crowded as 30A yet you are just a short drive to the 30A shops and restaurants.

Even better than we imagined!

There are so many highlights to mention about our stay at Making Memories, but I have to begin with the neighborhood itself. The house is nestled in a delightful corner of a safe and beautiful gated community with twinkling palm trees that is a short walk to the ocean. The house itself is A+. From the dreamy beds to the inviting porches and the fully stocked kitchen, I can honestly say that this home tops our vrbo “bests” list! The cherry on top were the cushioned sun chairs with umbrellas reserved oceanside for us every day, as well as the excellent recommendations and communication from the hosts. If we are fortunate enough to return to Carillon Beach, we will return to Making Memories!!

Perfect Home For A Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay

We absolutely loved everything about this house. The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you may want or need to prepare any meal. The mattresses were very comfortable and a hit with the entire family. Michele was a great host, very accommodating and quick to respond. The house was extremely clean which is important to our family. We loved the layout of this home. It fit the needs of our family perfectly. We will be booking Making Memories again for our next vacation.

Perfect Home

My family and I stayed here for my wedding celebration at the Meeting House in Carillon. It was perfection! The space is perfect for allowing family time but also separate time. It was a beautiful home for getting ready photos as well. The included beach chairs were an added bonus for some beach relaxation. Michele was amazing with communicating to top it off. My family is already looking to plan another stay here in the future.

Great Family Vacation!

Great week at Making Memories

A Legacy of Memories

This was an amazing trip for us! We attended the Seabreeze Jazz Festival and this was a beautiful home within close proximity. We loved the gated community and amenities. Michele was so responsive to all of my questions and a pleasure to work with. Can’t wait to return next year!
