“The staff are great, the hotel is nicely maintained, the pools and beach area well maintained. We had an issue with the bed, which was supposed to be a King size bed, but was instead two twins side by side. Spoke with the staff about making a change to the mattress, but unfortunately were unsuccessful in making it happen. Once manager found out about the issue, he was very apologetic, and offered to move us, but as it was our last day, we decided to leave it alone. This was our second visit to……

“We had a really good family holiday here, with great food and drinks. Our kids loved the bikes and playing on the beach, pools were warm and plenty to keep them amused. My only small critism would be consistency of service across the restaurants. Overall, fabulous holiday ”

Eines muss ich bemängeln, für Gäste die nur Frühstück gebucht haben, wird keinerlei Service am Pool angeboten. Man muss sich wirklich alles selber holen. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel sehr Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das die Wege für Ältere Personen sehr beschwerlich zu erklimmen sind, wussten wir zum Glück vorher. Ansonsten alles okay. ”

“Ein absolut traumhaftes Hotel, in dem man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Es ist tagsüber sehr ruhig im Hotel und abends gegen 22:00 ist der Abend zu Ende. Wer also gerne Party macht oder lange an der Bar sitzen möchte wird hier nicht glücklich. Wer einen Ruhepol sucht, wird diesen finden. Einziger Negativ Punkt war das Essen. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, aber nach dem zweiten enttäuschenden Abend haben wir uns nach lokalen Restaurants umgesehen. Wir haben, auch wenn wir in einem fünf Sterne……

“Chambre spacieuse, propre mais mériterai une finition plus soignée et un rafraîchissement correct de la salle de bain, dommage qu'il ait encore des rideau de douche (niveau hygiène moyen). Matelas pas top. Personnel correct mais parle majoritairement anglais même à la réception. Petit buffet pas varié mais bonne cuisine. La salle du restaurant est trop petite par rapport au nombre de vacanciers. ”
