“Excellent service from Ashley on arrival in reception. Very helpful and welcoming and ensured our bikes were secure in the ballroom! Receptionist when checking out was also very helpful and friendly.”

“Very comfortable and clean, super friendly, helpful staff. A little deceiving from the advert that the shower was inside the pod. Walk across to the shower block wasn’t what we expected. Kettle provided but no cups to drink from. ”

“The room was small but quit nice which overlooks the car park and back garden the room furniture was old but good quality the bathroom had recently been refreshed and was clean We felt the breakfast which was expensive and should have been included in the room price the dining area was tired and in need of re furbishment Great location a short walk across the a lovely well lit park took you to the city centre, rail and bus station, river, shopping area and museums A really nice place to……

“We were visiting family so know the area well and were delighted to find The Dragonfly. Clean & comfortable room, nice bar facility, with the bonus of outside seating. The menu choice was good & and a lovely buffet breakfast to start the day. We will be back!”

“I only stayed one night. The room was very comfortable, the customer service was nice too ans smiling at all time. The locals were so good too so everything was 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“The only issue is parking. The Kings Lynn parking machine requires you to feed coins for limited hours. I had to download their unique pay app to avoid feeding the meter every few hours day and night.”

“As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate……

“This is a clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. The free parking is a 5 minute walk and town a 10 minute walk. ”

There was something of interest with an antique shop in the yard too ..not for someone looking for a modern hotel though walking distance to a nice village pub with good food ..highly recommend this place ”

“The Hosts Jude & Karl make you very welcome . I was travelling alone and booked a single room which was compact but just right for me on this trip . Tea & Coffee facilities are provided as well as shower gel , soap and shampoo . You can also park at the property . Breakfast is cooked to order and delicious. The property also has a beautiful little garden at the back which I enjoyed sitting in . Within walking distance to the Town through a lovely park where you will find a number of pubs,bars……

“One night stay in single room . The service was excellent, staff were very helpful and friendly. The single room is small with no window just a skylight. Parking is in the street limited to 2hr between 8 and 4, but free overnight. Breakfast starts at 0830, but they offered a sandwich if needed before times. Dinner was reasonable. Nicely presented . Check it time is 5pm. ”
