“We had one issue with check in. The key in the app would not open the room probably due to some technical glitch, and security had to replace the scanner on the room door. The oven is a smeg digital oven. If you plan to use an oven, study up or read a manual on how to use the smeg digital oven. We did not figure out how to use the oven or the microwave, so we improvised by cooking all our meals on the stovetop. Other than that, our stay was perfect. We will definitely have this place in mind for……

“It was great overall! Just not clean enough. We found long black hair (not belonging to anyone in our group) in few spots around the apartment. Also under the mattress in the bed we can see a thick layer of dust. Otherwise everything is great”

“Tv room didn’t work, no hair dryer, no body wash soap, has a washer and dryer but no detergent for it. Fan lights kept turning on in the middle of the night. Just poor on taking care of guests ”

“For my first time in Miami and the itinerary of things my friends and I were doing, this place was perfect for our weekend. It’s spacious, Chique and the views… well you can’t really beat them. Had some hiccups with check-in bur Anita was amazing at helping me asap with the property and checking in periodically throughout the stay. Also, the location is unbeatable… you can practically walk to everything and if you’re clubbing - an uber is cheap and quick from this spot. Would definitely stay……

“The Condo at the Four Seasons allowed me to get a room when the hotel was otherwise fully booked. Because it was a condo unit it had the added benefit of private bedroom, living space, and kitchen. The only 'ding' I'd give it is it required a somewhat invasive documentation process to get set up - namely scanning my drivers license in advance and sending it to a non-Four Seasons third party.”
