First, the bed was said to be queen size, but much smaller, second, it was said to have limited parking, but no spot was assigned to us even though we saw empty spaces right before our room, third, no hair dryer, no window screening and the air conditioner wasn't even able to be adjusted, it was cold as hell in the night and we could do nothing about it.
