“Room was clean but not sparkling. The kitchen chair cushion were stained or gritty, not cleaned. The price was on the high side for what I expected.”

“It was our 1st trip to Utah, our host Scott was absolutely amazing at communicating clear directions to our destination. It was early June and the place was so peaceful and quiet. I met a friendly neighbor named Shaun and was very welcoming and informative. There is so many beautiful places close by to visit. There is a market for last minute necessities right around the corner. Absolutely loved our stay. We visited with our 3 kids ( 12 yrs, 3yrs and 2yr ) and all fit perfectly comfortable. If……

“Dana was an excellent host. Kind, quick to respond, very professional. I hate writing good reviews so things dont get busier in the future for booking but they deserve all the best reviews. Thanks for the great stay”

“Kind of a last minute stay. This had everything that we were looking for. Cozy location. Easy access to both mountains. ”

“Great property, hope to come back in the winter to ski. This property is across the road from the base area… walk over in ski boots no problem. We used this place to explore Cedar Breaks NM, and it was a 15 minute drive to the visitor center. There are a lot of steps up to this unit which was fine for us, but would be a problem if injured/disabled. The condo association should replace those steps they are pretty sketchy! But the unit was excellent”

“Great hosts . Very clean and tidy , will deff be back and book with them again , thanks !”

“Just stayed one night, the pool was great.”

“Very nice place, close to some places we wanted to visit. We did go in summer so it was wonderful that they provided fans to bring in some breeze from outside. The kids loved the pool area. Was very well stocked for a small kitchen so that was pleasant.”

“Clean and very nice condo. Great location and view of the slopes. Good communication with host prior to arrival. Would definitely choose this property again in the future.”

“The room was clean and as described. We stayed here for a softball tournament. It worked great. The pool was warm and a great addition. I would stay there again.”

“So perfect for us, the stay was very comfortable and very clean! ”

“The location is perfect! The description is accurate that you can ski right from your doorstep! The mountain is a hidden gem! My family is at different levels of skiing and snowboarding, and we all found great runs! The condo is perfect for a trip to the mountains. We cooked dinner every night and had everything we needed. We played card games in the living room, and the size was great! The fireplace was an extra bonus! The master bedroom was just right with a comfortable bed, blackout shades……

“Actual ski in/out! No walking required, it is right by the Giant Steps lift and lodge. There is not a closer place. There are national parks all around this location. This condo had everything we needed and more. Well furnished and stocked with the all the things you’d want; a fully functioning kitchen. Great for groups and family friendly. Comfortable beds! King size bed in the master bedroom and three beds in the second bedroom. Nicely decorated, everything worked, and very clean. Resort has……

“Check-in and communication was great. The view was amazing. The room was dirty. Carpet is badly in need of cleaning. Walking on the floor without shoes, which we did at the request of the host, left white socks or feet filthy. The jetted tub has mold and we didnt use it. Several spots on the wall had been painted over but just didnt look like it was done well. All in all, it could be a very nice place with more TLC but as is, we were disappointed.”
