“Although the condo is compact, it has plenty of beds and everything (minus the dining table) necessary for a pleasant stay. The underground parking and indoor entry was nice in case of bad weather. The shared rec room, indoor pool, spa and sauna were nice. The condo is a short drive to the ski slopes (free parking). We enjoyed our stay and the price was good.”

“My sister and I saw the Mighty Five. Our stay in Duck Village was very enjoyable. The only suggestions I'd have is PLEASE be more specific on where the garbage drop off is located. We left when it was dark and never did find the dumpster to throw away the trash. Also please provide a TV channel guide. Overall a clean and comfortable place.”

“Excellent communication with Vickie. Extremely accommodating. The Condos has everything you may need! Just bring your groceries and that’s it. Very clean condos Has plenty of blankets for you need. The beds are very comfortable too. The condo situated in a perfect spot, cross away from giant step lift…. And close by the general stores if you need anything. If you are staying in a cold day be sure to use the portable heater otherwise the room will be about 70 degrees … it was a bit colder……

“It was a great place for my family to spend time together. It was very clean and cozy. One thing I want to mention is the flickering lights in the room. It did not stop in one of the bedrooms and I started getting a headache. I could not turn the lights on in the room I was in and it was kind of annoying. The host said It happens to the dimming led lights. Didn't really seem to care about it. I would highly suggest them to change it to a different light feature or lightbulbs so it doesn't……

“This property is amazing! Perfectly located near Zion, SUU, and steps away from the Coal Creek Trail. If the surroundings weren't so spectacular, we would have just stayed "home." We plan to spend many more nights at the Black Sheep Inn!”

“It's a bargain, but not fancy. A good pitstop if you want to go off-roading. The host was quick to respond to my messages. One of the "bedrooms" isn't legally a bedroom because it doesn't have a closet or a window. The grill is the kind you find at the park. The amenties listed a spa but there wasn't any spa.”

“the place was not clean both bathrooms were dirty human hair bandages stuck to the shower wall, cigarette packages and butts, human hair on the couches dirty dishes placed back in the cabinets, no pot holder, two dish towels, refrigerator does not work properly, and property manager gave wrong door code thst delayed our entry for 1 1/2 while waiting on them to respond... They gave us 86.00 back for this mistake and promised to refund the cleaning fee but reneged on this promise. this is the……

“Our family loved our stay at your cabin! The location was great and we took day trips to rockhound near Cedar City, Zion, Kanab, Snow Canyon State Park and Bryce. There were thoughtful touches throughout the cabin including dog bowls, mud towels, games, movies, and labeled light switches. The only downsides were the lack of laundry facilities and the steep, muddy roads in Duck Creek.”
