“There is not much choice for places to stay in the area. This is pretty much on par for the other places I've stayed. Very old and dated. Beds super uncomfortable but overall the place was tidy. The price was high for the quality but consistent with the area. It worked for a place to sleep before a long day of hiking.”

“The place was just simply amazing. I know it's primarily used as a hunting lodge or base for trail riding, but my wife, daughter and 3 year old granddaughter loved it. From the cabin itself to the way it was decorated with the mounts that were actually harvested off the property gave it so much character and charm. “Kevin and Christina were in touch with us if needed but everything was explained very well in the messages they sent us. Everything was as expected and we were welcomed with a personal touch as well as a local sweet treat! It's a nice rustic cozy log cabin with plenty of room for the 4 of us. “We were welcomed by a “no trespassing” sign over the family campground sign. We met a man in the lower driveway, who pointed us up the hilly dirt driveway that had massive divots & branches obscuring it. We were not warned about the terrain & had I had a lower vehicle I’m not sure we would have made it up to the cabin. When entering the cabin, at first glance it seemed clean, however the “private bathroom” is a toilet on soggy flooring hidden only by a curtain that the top bunks can see over....
