“Last minute booking and was very lucky to have a lakeside view double room which I must say the view. Checked in and was welcomed by two lovely young ladies on the desk who were amazing! Rooms are lovely, smart tv’s and perfect space. We were having issues with the TV and WiFi connection, immediately sorted by the manager who kindly changed our room to solve this issue. So grateful and was an amazing stay! We will definitely be back, so relaxing and a lovely walk around the lake. Online pictures……

“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”

“Very good location, close enough to town, but in a quiet Away close to lovely park.”

“The location is impeccable but being in the city centre it can be quite noisy at night because of all the bars & clubs downstairs. The triple room is on the 4th floor so noise wise it's tolerable for just one night but be prepared to lift your luggages up the 100-step stairs. The room is better than expected, really clean & tidy. One down side is this hotel doesn't have its own reception so have to check in at the hotel across the road instead.”

“Everything was great. Room was nice. Bed was comfy. Only thing would be that the soaps seemed to be watered down a bit, but not bad enough to dock a star”
