“We booked the property because our family is growing too large for all of the children and grandchildren to spend the holidays together. The “holiday house” as our 4 year old coined it was the perfect place to spend Christmas and Hanukkah. Large yet cozy and very well appointed. All of our communication with proprietors was prompt and helpful, and they had the driveway salted and plowed within hours of the (very picturesque) snowfall the day before Christmas. I would happily book here again. ”

“It's a very cute cottage and it fit our needs. The road getting there was quite rough, our van scraped on the bottom a few times, but the property itself was great. And she was a very attentive host, she replied right away when we had questions.Thank you very much!”

“Very convenient location, close to the Bus stop to NYC, lots of dining options, Woodbury Commons and West Point. Frank is an excellent host - he is very prompt and extremely courteous. We enjoyed our time with our West Point Cadet visiting us when she could - it is within the 20 miles radius and about 25 minutes away”

“This is a beautiful property in the Hudson Valley. The neighborhood is very pretty and quiet, views through the trees to the lake were lovely. We had a couple of technical glitches at the house that the owner worked very quickly to resolve. ”

“The seating in the living area was very poor. Neither my husband at 86 or I at 79 could sit in the sofa in front of the TV! No teaspoons at all! I bought some, do you not have them in the US?”
