“When we first checked in we were sent to a room that had a terrible odor in it. My husband spoke with the desk clerk and he was very kind and immediately offered to move us across the hall. When entering the second room, it was such a pleasant smell. Very clean and nice room. He did take the time to walk into the first room as and he was certainly able to smell the odor. He apologized and said he would make a note of the odor. Im sure he turned in a work order for the first room. ”

“I only needed a shower and a bed so the microwave and refrigerator were a plus. The towels were so stained I wasn’t comfortable using them, I should have taken them to the office but as I didn’t I can’t say if it might have been rectified had I done so. It’s right off the freeway, took a little twisting to get to it but my Dodge Dually and bike trailer fit in the parking lot.”

“I travel with 8 we got 2 rooms at 8am I went for breakfast 3 of us out of the 8 there was food, however when we left it was very little I had told the lady at the front I was sending the rest of my party to eat and there was hardly anything to eat the lady said ok. When the other 4 went to eat there was 2 muffins no hash browns and a couple biscuits! Needless to say not enough food for them to eat! Very unsatisfying!
