“The key card reader was not working and the staff were need to open the door to our room. They were helpful. The breakfast scrambled eggs and bacon were good. The cleaning staff were very friendly.”

“I had a suite, and when we walked in the room, it had a smell as if the room had not been used recently. I turned the water on hot in the shower, and the water got lukewarm; I take hot showers. I reported it, and we moved to another room. Lot worse than the first. A really bad smell like a staled smell. The room was dusty, and the bed was not made up properly. The furniture was old and outdated. The sofa had white spots on it and very worn. I never sat on it, because I didn’t feel comfortable……

“While the overall appearance of the property was acceptable, once you entered you realized that all was not well. It's the height of the summer and the pool is UNACCESSIBLE. The lighting in the room is unsatisfactory, because the light is broken in the sitting area. I LOVED the size of the room, (2 queens AND a sofa bed), but couldn't appreciate it in it's entirety, because of the faulty lighting. The staff are amazing; they can only work with what's available. “Hotel was very nice. All the staff was very helpful. The only downfall was the breakfast. Some of the pastry and bread items were dry. The sausage was not cooked very well. I would of given the breakfast a 3 out of 10.”

“Well there’s definitely no spa. I can’t imagine how that tag was put in there. Clean, simple, Property. We stayed for a wedding, and there wasn’t another hotel option within an acceptable distance. It was clean. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was slices of bread laid out next to a toaster. Super close to food options!”
