Beautiful New 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Condo with Private Courtyard and Attached Garage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and beautiful community. This condo is part of a complex of colonial architecture inspired well-designed luxury condos with all the comfort you are used to having at home. These spacious beautiful brand-new condos are really comfortable. They offer privacy and convenience as every detail is beautifully appointed with top of the line furnishings, appliances and fully equipped large kitchens.

Condo 8 or Casa Colonial is a large new 3 bedroom 3 bath condo with a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This condo is very spacious with air-conditioning in every room. The family room has comfortable sofas, cable TV and Internet. This ground floor unit has no stairs and has a beautiful outdoor patio area.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms. They all have a king size bed, private bathroom with a large shower, desk, custom wood closet and a flat-screen TV. This condo has a private two-car garage with an automatic garage door opener and laundry area with a side by side washer and dryer.

The Serenity Rainforest Condo Community has seven condos, a large pool area, several social areas, a nice, massage room. Our community has several common areas. There is a refreshing large pool, a roofed jacuzzi, a room with a gas fireplace next to the pool, an unattended bar area and a large second floor lounge room overlooking the pool. There are a few large decks where you can practice yoga or just sit back and relax. The property has an 1800 square foot air conditioned social room where you can organize your meetings or celebrate special events. This room sits above a small river.

There are (3) one bedroom one bath condos, (2) two bedroom two bath condos, (1) three bedroom three bath condo and (1) four bedroom four and a half bath condo. All the condos are available for rent both short and long-term. You can also rent out the entire property for a business event, wedding or family reunion. Serenity Rainforest Condos is located near the heart of the rainforest. It is a thirteen acre secure gated condominium complex. The community is surrounded by breathtaking open areas. There is a large back area where you can exercise, do yoga, or meditate in the middle of the jungle. There is also a half mile paved walking trail overlooking the majestic Arenal Volcano and Cerro Chato, perfect for a relaxing hike, peaceful walk or challenging jog.

Spectacular stay

My family of four stayed here for 5 days. Absolutely wonderful property and condo. The place was furnished nicely. There is a well-manicured nature walk within the property that we took advantage of almost every day. Great place to experience sites and sounds of nature. I would stay here again and would 100% recommend.
