-Maximum occupancy is 10 guests (including children).
-Music at moderate volume only.
-Do not hang clothes or towels outside.
-Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

**Please dispose of your trash from common areas and beach zone.**

-Strict Pool and Common Area Rules:
-Hours of use: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
-Maximum of 4 guests per unit in the pool.
-No food, alcoholic beverages, glass or ceramic items allowed.
-No running, diving, or dangerous games.
-Swimwear required (babies must wear swim diapers).
-Shower before entering the pool.
-Do not reserve or move pool or social area furniture.
-Exclusive use of the pool or social area is not allowed.
-Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult.
-No speakers or electrical devices allowed in this area.
