“Ce n'est peut-être pas le TAJ auquel on s'attendait mais c'est le plus bel hôtel de Kovalam. La situation est exceptionnelle, le cadre est magnifique. Des chambres cosy dans un jardin luxuriant. Un repas dans le restaurant qui borde la mer d'Arabie, un moment inoubliable. A ne pas rater.”

“The hotel is very outdated & needs a refurb, the fixtures in the bathrooms & also in the communal areas look rather old. the property & amenities including coffee shop, bars, pools etc look tired, dull & boring. This should be rated as a three rather than five star. There was a party on the communal area which was very loud, which is not what I signed up for when I booked a weekend away. The food was average.”

“櫃台經理的態度非常惡劣，如果你不讓他敲你一筆的話，請他們幫忙叫local taxi到機場都不肯。早餐餐廳也非常陰暗，食物內容貧乏單調，亦無蔬菜可吃。飯店本身極小，附近環境也很差，與飯店所要求的價格完全不符。整體來說只能說是三星的旅館。”

Hotel has its own cars for sight seeing. Very secure. Shiv Kumar was extremsly helpful in planning sight seeing itinerary. Abhinesh, driver was great and service provided was sbove and beyond. Very pleasant reception desk and great house keeping. ”

“L'emplacement est très bien, face a la plage, entouré de magasins et de restaurants. Le personnel très sympa et serviable. Le mur derrière le lit est très salé, pas de papier toilette mais pas non plus de douchette. Draps plein de tâches. Pour 18€ fait pas non plus s'attendre à un palace. ”
