Beautiful 3 bedroom home in the Biltmore area of Phoenix

You can have the best Superbowl Party!! I am renting out my entire beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood of Phoenix. This great location is close (walking distance) to Biltmore Fashion Park for great shopping, AMC dine-in theaters, lots of restaurants, and more! It is right in the middle between the football stadium and incredible nightlife in Scottsdale or golf courses. Also, this house is just a couple of miles from great hiking at Camelback Mountain or Piestawa Peak. And walking distance to the Arizona Biltmore Resort and the Wrigley Mansion.
Plus, it is not far from the 51 freeway and Interstate 10, 8 minutes from the airport, and just 20 minutes from State Farm Stadium (Superbowl location).
