The condo is located in a pristine gated resort style community and comes fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. WIFI, a smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer and more! This second level unit has new gorgeous granite countertops, wooden cabinetry and tile floors. There are two private balconies overlooking the pool to enjoy some of Arizona's dramatic fiery sunsets. The gated community provides 24 hour guarded entry. Meticulously kept grounds with nine lighted tennis courts, five pools, six spas, clubhouse, and fitness center along with a tennis pro and full-time activities director. You also have access to Scottsdale Ranch Community Center, Lake Serena kayak, canoe and paddle boat rentals. Clean, comfy and with lots of amenities. Tennis, pickle ball on site and golfing deals at Silverado! Great location. When issues arose, and they were always small, Mirjam had them taken care of immediately. She is an incredible owner and aims to please her renters.
