If you are looking for a peaceful extended stay close to everything the Phoenix area has to offer, this is for you. Rental is for 90+ days. Contact us for more info. This spacious 2 bed 2 bath second level home is about 1250 sq ft. with serene pool views from every room. It includes an attached 1 car garage. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. There is wifi internet through out and a smart tv in the main living room for streaming. The tvs in the bedrooms have dvd players attached. The master bedroom hosts a king size bed, a reading nook overlooking the pool, a large walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with double sinks, plus a separate shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and adjacent full bathroom. The main living and bedrooms come equipped with ceiling fans and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. Some of the property amenities include: a luxury clubhouse with pool tables, an exercise room, formal dining room, and a movie theatre. There are two pools with separate jacuzzi hot tubs. The location is near the Desert Ridge shopping Center, with many of your favorite shops and a variety of restaurants.
