We were picked up from the train station and offered shuttle service but everything is walkable or a quick train or ferry ride away. Breakfast is great and the staff here are very nice and helpful. It’s right on the lake so the views are beautiful. We only booked 2 nights but ended up staying 4. "

"We are well-traveled and know what to expect and are not demanding The treatment we received from whoever is responsible for making our stay great was disgraceful. Despite contacting her, she refused to provide basic provisions that are made available in every hotel or apartment where guests stay, that her room staff had forgotten to leave for us. This happened on two days, even though she had been contacted and made aware. She did not accept responsibility until the second day, BUT still was too lazy to organise to fix the problem. She was only available at reception for a very short period of the day and expected us to stop our tours of the area to fit in with her schedule. I would never recommend this Hotel to anybody because of the service NOT given by the Manager and her slack and disrespectful approach to SERVICE"
