“The stay was for my niece because she was stranded in Puerto Rico due to flight cancelations. They needed a room until their flight leaves tonight at 11:30 pm. Their check-in was at 3pm however they were able to check-in earlier. The staff was very courteous & accommodating. I was very grayedul they did. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“The check-in & out process was smooth. Everything that this room offered was great. The room was clean. While we only stood here for one night of our trip and didn’t fully use the amenities the building offered, what we did use like the laundry room was really convenient. Great host. Thank you. ”

“We loved everything about Condado Lagoon by Otium. Otium’s team was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The room was spotless, the desk staff were friendly. The area is beautiful and we were able to watch sea turtles off our balcony every day. We didn’t plan to be stuck on the island for 6 extra days, but are very thankful we got to spent the extra time at Condado Lagoon! ”
