“We had an overall great stay- nice hotel with a nice breakfast, large rooms, and free EASY parking (that's a big deal in Pittsburgh). However, one of the breakfast attendants was incredibly rude. She made a snide comment to me and then proceeded to go in the back room, with the door open (!), and talk about me more! I was shocked by it as everyone else was sooo nice and the rest of the breakfast attendants were on point. It was just a blip on an otherwise good stay and trip (maybe she was just……

“Das Hotel war mehr als in Ordnung. Das Personal super freundlich, die Zimmer recht klein, aber sauber (bis auf die Mikrowelle). Das Parken mit 38 Dollar war recht teuer, aber da kann man sich selber was suchen. Aber die Lage!!!! Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Autobahn. Hat man ein Zimmer nach vorne, kann das recht laut werden. Und dann halt die Umgebung. Viele Obdachlose, viele Drogenabhängige die ihr Business recht offensichtlich ausüben. Wir haben es vermieden im Dunkeln vor der Tür zu sein. ”
