“This property is very impressive. It was clean and in order. The bathroom is spacious and beautifully remodeled. The manager was completely accommodating. It is indeed a 5 star property. However, the neighborhood, which looks like it is in the throws of regentrification, is unpleasant in its appearance. Over a short amount of time this will change for the better. In the end don't let the look of the neighborhood discourage your stay here. It's location is a prime place to stay while in Oakland.……

“We stayed here as a family from Sunday through Friday, and it was perfect for our trip. I was working on the Stanford campus, which is just about 2 miles away and easily walkable. The location is also fantastic for exploring Palo Alto—downtown is an easy walk, and we enjoyed going out for dinner in the evenings. The house itself is comfy, quiet, and has relaxing décor that made it feel like a true home away from home. My son especially loved it, which made our stay even better. Highly recommend!”

“Worst travel experience of the last 5 years for me. I will never stay here again. They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. Worst decision I made this trip. I will not make that decision ever again and will avoid at……

“I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy……
