住宿简介

Rooftop Hot Tub, Walk All of Walnut Creek

  • This downtown apartment comes with a set of building amenities that genuinely change the quality of your stay: elevator access, a rooftop hot tub with hill views, secure garage parking, in-unit washer and dryer, and a courtyard with a gas fire pit and water feature. It's rare to find all of that in a short-term rental, and it adds up to a noticeably smoother experience.

The apartment itself is modern and well-maintained, with a king bed, a full kitchen with contemporary appliances, fast WiFi, and a dedicated workspace. Keypad entry for check-in, professionally cleaned before every arrival.

Walk to dining, shopping, and the Iron Horse Trail without moving the car. Broadway Plaza is nearby with Nordstrom, Apple, and dozens of restaurants. Trader Joe's is close for groceries. BART is a short drive for trips into San Francisco and Oakland. Mt. Diablo offers excellent hiking about 20 minutes away, and Napa Valley is under an hour if wine country calls.

A comfortable base for exploring the city or getting work done, with the building doing a lot of the heavy lifting on comfort.

The building is ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible with elevator access on all floors.

Loved it!!!

Brad and his crew were such hospitable hosts. The place was immaculate and comfortable. I never heard noise of doors or people from other units. It was easy to walk all over downtown from the location. I will most definitely be back.

**Pros*** Great downtown location within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, playground, and library.* Smooth check-in/out.* Off-street parking.* Reliable heating/AC.**Cons**Main issue was a strong mold odor throughout the condo. Reported next morning; despite daily follow-ups, it took 3 days to address. Drain treatment reduced but didn’t eliminate smell, and we kept windows open much of the time. Sensitive guests should consider staying elsewhere.Bedding was fully synthetic and uncomfortable for hot sleepers; fitted sheet constantly slipped off, exposing mattress protector overnight.Supplies were very limited: only two toilet paper rolls for a 5-day stay with three guests. When requested more, we were told to purchase our own, which felt inconsistent with the 100 guest fee.Unit sits above a car dealership; car alarms frequently went off at night/early morning. The condo is small, and the bedroom is separated by a frosted sliding glass door offering little light/noise privacy. It feels more like a studio than a one-bedroom, especially for families with young children.Overall, the stay fell short of expectations. While AvantStay representatives were responsive, follow-through and guest comfort were lacking.

New Condo

This condo certainly deserves the 5 star rating. The decor and furnishings are pristine. Bradley has decorated it very tastefully and comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook any meal. However the location is walkable to a multitude of restaurants and stores. We had an excellent experience! Thanks much!
