“Beautiful apartment on a mountain above the very charming town of Downieville : ) Note: it's a very steep drive up to the house (and a very challenging walk!!!) so good to be aware of that - i.e. it's not within "strolling distance" of town, though technically not so far away! Absolutely lovely location though...waling up to a view of the pine-covered mountain directly oppsite is Just Amazing <3”

“The Pine cabin is pet friendly and has a comfortable bed. Good size for two people and a small dog. The fan worked well to keep the cabin cool during hotter than normal temperatures. The kitchen is small, but there is outdoor seating on the front porch and in the back. Coffee, tea, and creamer in the refrigerator was a nice touch.”

“We had such a wonderful time staying at Rick's cabin! We were attending a family wedding nearby at an expensive resort nearby, and didn't want to overpay to stay at the resort, so this cabin was the perfect option for us. Much better value, and more fun! The cabin was very clean, private and quiet. It's clear the host has put a lot of love into updating it to make it comfortable. Having the kitchen was so helpful and important to us as well, since we need to cook our own meals when traveling due……

“AC was broken, they “fixed” it and it was broken the second night as well and they did nothing about it. The spa said I needed to get “confirmed”, I tried four times over two weeks and nobody ever called me back. The manager knew and still nothing, then AFTER the time we wanted had passed the spa finally decided to call us like they had a Time Machine we could go back in time to get a massage. The fixtures in the room were horrible, for example, toilet was made for children or women because it……
