Hotellet restaurang va i absolut toppklass med bra priser. Takterrassen med den uppvärmde poolen va en höjdare och bilderna gör inte utsikten rättvisa. Rekommenderas varmt till alla som vill bo centralt i Florens, men hög service och kvalitet utan att betala överpriser.”

“The hotel room is old and tired. The hotel staff pretended not be able to speak good english when there is a problem related to the room condition. But was heard communicating well with another guest in english afterwards.... Room lighting could be improved as well....”

“Wonderful apartment about 15 mins walk from the main train station. Modern furnishings and well kept unit. Communication was clear from owner. Enjoyed our stay here. Only note is that 2nd bathroom is quite small - best for kids but adults may find it to be cramped. Also, owner first requested payment by wire transfer, but we had reserved with credit card. They arranged card payment but was strange to get request to pay by bank transfer in advance. That aside, Would stay here again. ”
