“Excellent location and close to everything! Staff was outstanding. I arrived at 6 am with the understanding that check in was not until 3 pm so they took my luggage and I waited for the next shift to come in. Surprisingly, I was in a room by 8:50 am with a free upgrade! The bed was sooo comfortable I napped before exploring the city! You are steps from the cathedral! The rooms were very modern with a historic charm! I highly recommend! ”

“We had a fantastic stay here in a Deluxe room which was beautiful and spacious. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and attentive at all times.
The breakfast was fresh and there were a number of hot options from the kitchen. I had a ham and cheese omlette and the pancakes which came with fresh berries and syrup. Delicious!
The location is perfect, very close to the cathedral and the central shopping district.

“Absolutely everything from beginning to end. What wonderful staff especially Alicia all welcomed us to their beautiful hotel. We weee very kindly upgraded to the most beautiful suite for my husbands birthday. This was such a treat especially as we spent quite a bit of time in it. Wanting to relax and chill. “Beautiful hotel in the heart of Palma. Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and genuinely couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel itself has a stunning garden pool on the ground floor and a rooftop pool with several sunbeds which provide fantastic views of Palma and the port.
If you are driving I would recommend avoiding using Google Maps to get to the hotel (who provide offsite parking) as this takes you through some very tight streets that are more for walking. There is a small roundabout……
