“Hotel was easy to find and close to many shops and restaurants right by the beach. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The self service check in was very quick and easy to use. The rooms were clean, brunch had a good variety including things for picky eaters. The only downside was the lifts were quite slow and the room doors were very noisy however we had a great stay and look forward to staying in a tent hotel again in the near future. ”

“La música se escucha siempre muy fuerte. Los ascensores son bastante antiguos y están mal conservados. Además nuestro baño tenía un olor intenso que no se iba. Igualmente la habitación estaba en buenas condiciones y era bonita. Las piscinas son grandes y siempre había tumbonas vacías donde ponerte, la comida q se sirve en el bar de la piscina está rica igual q las bebidas. Además la atención en recepción es adecuada.”

However, when I arrived, I was informed that the booking only covered breakfast only. There were no inclusive drinks, no lunch or dinner, and no minibar access. “We had a great trip to Palma using this hotel as our base. We hired bikes for €14 each per day and cycled to the castle and Palma. There are cycle lanes the whole way along the promenade so it was an easy and scenic was to get around! We walked to Palma in around an hour - along the seafront the whole way which was so pretty. Hotel was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood 2 minutes from the beach. Not far to walk to nice breakfast spots like Petit Nola and Lily’s to watch the world go by. Hotel……

“We absolutely LOVE everything in this hotel, had a great time spending our birthdays. Staff were all friendly, greets you with warm smiles. Our stay included Half board (Breakfast + Dinner), it was absolutely delightful dining & enjoying Spanish cuisine at its best. I couldn't ask for more. “The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”
