“Wir haben das Apartment mit 4 Personen für 2 Wochen gebucht und unseren Urlaub sehr genießen können.Die Ausstattung ist gut und Probleme wie ein defekter Duschkopf und eine defekte Duschkopfhalterung wurden umgehend behoben. Super Service!Ein Bäcker/Bistro und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind nur ein paar Schritte entfernt und mit dem Auto ist man in einer 1/4 Stunde in Funchal.Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“Really good apart-hotel, the room had good cooking equipment. The mattress was a bit on the hard side. There's a minimarket at the hotel but there's also a Pingo Doce a few minutes' walk. ”

“While no rental is perfect, this rental ticks all the boxes. Check in was seamless and communication with the management company was always easy. The apartment comes with a very well outfitted kitchen and is spacious with a great terrace. The location in Garajau has multiple restaurants and shopping within walking distance and is right by the highway for easy access to the rest of the island. We had a very pleasant 2 week stay and would gladly come back.”

“房間沒有冷氣風扇，與hotel.com所描述不同，故房間較熱。另外，洗澡水外淺，令地板全濕。床墊開始舊，有下榻情況。景觀開揚，有小型厨房，空間較大，洗澡水夠熱，毛巾隔天更換但天天執房。酒店附近多食店亦有超市，巴士站，泳灘等。酒店有免費接駁車往市中心，但我沒有使用過。早餐有面包，生果，可可米，乳酪及芝士火腿蛋等，不是好味，亦不難吃。”

“Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt auf Madeira. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass man vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders angenehm war die Möglichkeit, den Spa-Bereich und die Pools im Nachbarhotel mitzunutzen. Dort konnten wir wunderbar entspannen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Insgesamt ein tolles……

“Carolina, the concierge was incredible and made this an easy check-in and great trip. She met us at the apartment and explained everything and provided tips about the area. When small issues arose (such as the hair dryer broke) she was quick to solve them. The apartment is in a FANTASTIC location with access to attractions such as funicular and hop on close by. Everything is walkable. If you wish to go further the taxi or bus is a 5 min walk. Restaurant alley is a 5 min walk with bars and……

“C’était assez propre et confortable au niveau de la chambre. Relativement au wifi, il se déconnecte toutes les 20-30min, il faut donc le reconnecter à chaque fois ce qui fini par être un peu embêtant, utiliser votre 4G/5G si possible.”
