“Lilian was a gracious and responsive host. We arrived to the apartment after a very long day of travel and were hot and exhausted. Once we got all of our luggage down the stairs, we got in with no issues. It was warm and stuffy in there so I inquired about fans but she stated they did not provide any and that it was too cool outside for A/C (the HVAC system is controlled by the host). We opened all of the windows but it a little time later we heard/felt the A/C kick on and were so grateful! The……

“When you rent a single family luxury home you expect to be the only ones at the premises. At this house, there were people in the basement, accompanied by 3 and sometimes 4 cars in the driveway. “Good”

“不知道在其它城市是否有这家酒店”

“Heidy provided very warm and thoughtful service. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends.”

“so good”

“这家酒店以后不会再光顾了，1. 没电梯，行李箱重的要自己拎上三楼，2. 房间小，空气不好. 3. 房间光线昏暗，真是一分价钱一分货.”

“Very good ”

“ Clean”

“房间稍微有点儿小，其他都还不错。”

“How can I get my 60 dollars charge return quickly”

“The price and location was right. But when we (2 of us) arrived we were billed an additional mandatory $37 for wine at happy hour (which we were not there for) and breakfast. Breakfast= lots of glutenous choices, a few proteins (h-boiled eggs, deli meat slices, yogurt, cream cheese, sweetened p-butter), juice, tea, coffee. There are however no nearby restaurants or cafes. Our room was a bit stuffy and there was no way to open a window or adjust the thermostat.”

“非常好”

“The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is great.”
