“This apartment is extremely well appointed and is in a very convenient location in the upper part of Georgetown; perfect for a combination of work and vacation! It has very fast Internet for video calls. During a heat wave, the central A/C worked to keep things very cool (it stays slightly warmer in the bedroom, so consider setting the temperature cooler when you sleep). There was plenty of closet space and a dresser for clothes. The shower pressure was wonderful, and having a washer/dryer was……

“Overall good place to stay, proximate to my job. Great communication. Helpful.there was old doors slamming and heavy footfalls from above, it eventually stops. The streaming app was super slow, likely isp? Again, overall pleasant enough, though.”

“Perfect location and amazing property”

“Needs better linens and an extra clean blanket place smelled of heavy cologne and there were men’s underwear left in washer needs better cleaning other than that great place!”

“Wonderful Location and Host”

Drug infested areas surrounding the building, and not just marijuana. Really nice statue in front of the building that is classified as a public park, and that's right where all drug activity originated. Safety was questionable, although we had a code for entry.”

“Dave was very attentive, helpful, and prompt with his communication. He went above and beyond when we needed additional items during our stay. The rental has everything and more with regards to kitchen and bathroom amenities. Even the pantry was stocked up with some healthy snacks. Something to keep in mind is the flight of stairs to actually access the rental place on the second floor. The water pressure in the sink in the back bedroom was very low. Other than that, the location was great and……
