“Our room had a beautiful ocean view and was quite large and spacious. It contained two bathrooms with two showers and toilets and sinks, a mini fridge, and is sitting area in addition to a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. It was really nice to wake up and see the waves and hear them every morning, as well as listen to them as we fell asleep.”

“This property is nothing as they described online. It’s Not even in the town they have listed on the site.
No Hot water
No shower
No microwave
No Wi-Fi
No free breakfast
Not even a bucket without cracks to bathe
Leaking sink in the bathroom that floods the floor
Very poor customer service, I waited for 15-20 mins just for the staff to confirm my reservation even though she saw my full itinerary and Invoice showing full details of my purchase. She had no notification of a reservation for……

“Our stay was fine. But because of the price, we had higher expectations. We could have stayed in another nearby resort with similar reviews at half the price and were kind of wishing we had-though we didn’t see those resorts for ourselves.
We had an ocean view room that was roomy. The bed comfortable and AC worked great. The bathroom-large and clean. But even with plenty of space, there is no place to put toiletries or hang wet things. Just a single sink.
Amenities were lacking. I usually……

“Great staff! Daniel front desk agent was great! He made me feel at home.
He took time to explain everything about the hotel and walked the room and explained how everything works.
From my hospitality background this hotel blew my mind.
Food was also great! Staff very nice.”
