Great employees but hotel systems and facilities are extremely disappointing, this is the second time staying there and is worst than the first time. Extremely difficult to lock/unlock the rooms, no room heaters (we were offered additional blankets though) uneven floors, I smashed a toe. Restaurant was not open except one day of my multiple day stay. The asked me for a credit card for incidentals and they charge me for an extra room by accident, management refused to return the money to my credit card, I am on the middle of disputing/reversing the charge through my bank. Never going back.

Todo excelente, el servicio de Spa maravilloso, las habitaciones limpias y con excelentes amenidades. El personal siempre fue muy amable. Lo único es que en el área de hamacas, hace falta un poco de limpieza, ya que había excrementos de animales y usualmente entramos sin calzado.

Fabuloso hotel
Nos encanto, nos falto tiempo para disfrutarlo porque solo estuvimos dos noches, faltan algunos juegos o cosas para que los hijos se entretengan y no había canales para ellos, pero las camas deliciosas, los cuartos lindos, el desayuno rico, el servicio muy bueno, puedes hacer fogatas, esta increíble estar lejos del pueblo, el personal fue excelente, hay amacas, padel. Las camas para nosotros es muy muy importante y realmente descansamos. Fue triste irnos sin disfrutar más.

Bonito pero un poco descuidado
El hotel esta un poco descuidado. Es entendible despues de la pandemia, pero necesitan mejorar muchas cosas en las instalaciones. El baño de mi habitación tenia moho, el cerrojo de la puerta no funcionava... En fin, espero que le.hechen ganas para mejorar. Por otro lado el servicio y la atención del perosonal fue muy buena. El restaurante para desayuno abre hasta las 9 am, lo que me parece un poco tarde para gente que va con niños, y no hay mucho personal asi que tardan bastante en atender. La alberca esta bonita aunque tambien le falta un pintada...pero el agua estaba muy bien y los jardines del hotel hermosos.
