One room studio with all you need.

Villa Los Corales is a new 3 story building and is situated just 5 min. walk from the Sayulita north beach and 10 min. walk to downtown's plaza. Our studios are perfect for couples and single people that like to relax and experience Sayulita.

The space

Our building is a 3 level with 13 beautiful studios. It is totally secure and gated for your safety. You'll be given a code-key of the entrance gate and studio so you will have the freedom enter as you please. You will be able to enjoy your meals or relax in this studio and enjoy an amazing view of Sayulita. Studio Bugambilia is located on the 2nd floor of our building.

Guest access

All of our guests have full access to our rooftop terrace with pool, and sunbathing area where we have wifi access for our guests. Also a free parking space in our private garage in the basement of the building.

Interaction with guests

We, your hosts, live in the same building and are always happy to interact with our guests and help them with their planning in all we can. We have contact with all kinds of touristic services for a great time in Sayulita.

Other things to note

For security reasons we are not allowing guests' visitors without prior registration with us. Any external visitor must pay a fee.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Close enough to town so you can walk but far enough you that you aren’t hearing all the people enjoying themselves in the festivities.

Sayulita With A View
We had a great week at this property. The rooftop patio is something to behold. The room was spotless and served our needs well. We made a simple breakfast every day and so the kitchen was perfect. It was unfortunate that the building next-door was under construction, but we left the house each day for our adventures and it didn’t affect our experience and what we really enjoyed was the crowing roosters and the little goats that are on the property in behind. Once we closed our windows at night, we didn’t hear a thing. The other guests were also very respectful. This is a property that required strong legs because you do have to go up up and down a considerable incline ( if you haven’t rented a golf cart). We really enjoyed the easy access to the beach as well as the numerous nearby restaurants and shops.

Beautiful property
We stayed here for 4 nights and the property did not disappoint. The room was large and offered everything you need to cook and included a supply of clean water (thanks!). The roof was excellent where I could lay in hammocks, read by the pool and dip in when it was too hot. Easy access to many restaurants/beach/etc. without being in the thick of the downtown Sayulita noise.

It's a very short walk to town and the beach. (Worth noting it's up a steep hill & driveway if you plan to be on foot.) The property management team was very friendly responsive both prior to check-in & during my stay.
