Waking up to views overlooking Sayulita’s main beach and the pool area was truly something special — the scenery alone made the trip worth it. “La habitación es hermosa, la Propiedad no tanto.. al hacer el check in me dijeron que debía de pagar y les comenté que Expedia ya me había cobrado y tuve que enseñar mi cuenta de banco, le tomaron fotos y aún así no nos permitieron hacer el check in .. la cosa es que la ocasión anterior pasó lo mismo.. no se si sea el sistema de ellos o de Expedia.. decidí no pagar otra vez hasta que se comunicaran con Expedía.. me fui a comer a un restaurante y al final me mandaron un mensaje diciendo que ya……

We rented a golf cart from the hotel and the lady at the front desk provided exceptional customer service and recommended great spots to eat & explore. Very clean rooms, filtered water provided. I would go back in a heartbeat! ”
