The property is clean and ready for anyone. There are board games, books and puzzles for use. It also has a washer and dryer which are very nice to have on a vacation. It is quiet and comfortable and close but not too close to downtown Rangely. Really great place to relax and unwind.

There was nothing to like. I arrived late and the unit was not set up, there was no electricity or no water to the unit. It tool the host over an hour to get it connected. If you're visiting Dinosaur National Monument, be sure to visit both the UT and CO sides. The UT side has a hill excavated with dinosaur bones still embedded in the earth; the 10am hike is worth it. The CO side has multiple scenic outlook points.
