“This accomodation exceeded our expectation. It is a well maintained, clean and beautiful accomodation in the heart of Montepulciano. The service was extrodinary. They provided instructions on parking and ZTL with perfection including restaurant reccomendations and key sights to see. However, they did not provide an iron in the rooms and only oferred to iron our clothes after midday (which is too late) - this being the only inconvenience we faced.”

“We loved the central location to the piazza and for restaurants and taxis. The view from the room was of the bell tower and the beautiful architecture. We did eat at the restaurant located behind the B&B for a discount and it was delicious. ”

“This was a great bed and breakfast in Montalcino, Flavio and Christina were great hosts and the location is right by the main plaza. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a quite space for your visit. ”

“Great host, lovely place near Siena”

“Our stay was great, included breakfast, able to walk up, yes, lots of uphill to the Cathedral. The Campo was a bit further past the Cathedral, easy downhill walk. The host greeted us as planned, our checkin was smooth. Check out was also easy.I had trouble getting a taxi back to the train station, a communication problem. The walk was not too bad, there are escalators and moving walkways.”

“Very cute boutique hotel in a great location in Montepulciano. The price was great for how big and comfortable rooms are. There is a bar/restaurant attached so that’s very convenient for the afternoon drinks. Parking is further away but you can drive up to the hotel and the manager will take the car to the parking lot for you. We really enjoyed our stay in Montepulciano for a couple of nights!”

“This is a beautiful place to stay in Tuscany. It is on top of a hill with great views from much of the property. Very peaceful and quiet. Nice pool. Good restaurant. Friendly staff. Reasonable price. For the price we paid, it was definitely worth the money. Romantic. We saw people whom we believed to be honeymooners. Also, the breakfast is really good and really nice. You sit on top of the hill looking over the valley while eating a good breakfast. We didn't play tennis, but……

“Wonderful friendly service, made an extra effort to accommodate our needs. Free parking about 5 mins walk outside of restricted zone. Hotel is 5 mins walk from the centre of Siena. Highly recommend this place for a wonderful experience”
