“We had a brilliant 16 night stay at Nautilus. Everyday was like a dream. The staff at Nautilus are brilliant. Waka collected us from the airport, gave us some island tips and also took us to a local rugby game! Mahea, Tia and Doniel at the reception were always warm, welcoming and helpful. Make sure you go and see Anna at the spa - she is excellent at massage, facial and pedicure! Justine, Rho and Calessi were great in the restaurant. The stand out staff member for us was Janet. “The hotel’s location is great, with convenient transportation and many good restaurants within walking distance, especially with a night market right next door. However, the hotel’s facilities are quite outdated, and the cleanliness of the rooms is average. There is even a leakage issue with the ceiling. The breakfast options are limited, making the value for money quite average for the price. Not highly recommended.”
