“We love the staff (reception ladies especially)!! Only downside is the indoor pool is “under maintenance” and they don’t know when it will be opened again. Still a great stay though!”

“Very clean hotel room. Customer service was excellent. During their breakfast and 5:30 dinner, food was great but there was no one cleaning tables as people got up and left. We stayed for two nights and I am pretty sure the hallways were never vacuumed! ”

“The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and large. The breakfast buffet has lots of options with one or two staff members constantly replenishing the containers and responding to your requests. One morning while we were there they even made individual smoothies to order. It's a block from Five Points so there are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. Perfect place to stay if you're in town to see the Civil Rights era museums -- all are about a mile or two away……

“They are in the middle of a remodel so the outside has a lot of equipment for that. The rooms are much nicer than they use to be. We stayed in a suite. It did have room for and needed a small table or at least an end table. ”

The service was only 5 miles away… only right off the highway (yet somehow I didn’t hear any traffic from that busy interstate) & an easy commute back across the State Line when it was time to check out. If I come back, I’m highly likely to rebook this same Ramada! Be blessed.”
