Ayres Hotel Redlands – Loma Linda

"So the actual hotel was great, but the location of it was a bit sketch. It was right next to an overpass of the freeway and not much around it. The parking was an outdoor out as well! When we were checking in, they had wine and cheese in the back that was free for the guest. The room was spacious had a big couch in the middle. There was a pool, hot tub, and gym all in the same area which was in the middle of the hotel. The best part was their free breakfast in the morning!! They had a waffle machine and a chef making omelettes. If you didn’t want an omelette, they have scrambled eggs, sausages, and home potatoes!! Overall, it was good for a night!!!"

"We hosted our annual golf tournament with families in attendance, and encountered some challenges at the pool area when purchasing beverages. The manager had to intervene and approve the transaction. Our group consisted of around 20 adults relaxing in the pool with a cabana, and there was a request for all adults to leave and go to the bar to order 12 beers. While we always enjoy our time there, this experience was somewhat disappointing this time."

"Nice place & staff. Only two issues...we booked two nights and requested housekeeping services after our first night but they never showed up. Request was made directly with housekeeping personnel. Also, the opaque glass on the bathroom door looked really nice but it made the whole room bright as daylight at night if one of us turned on the light to use the bathroom at night. Horrible. Other than that it's a nice place!"
