“Nice and spacious room that was quite clean and very quiet. Very pleasant gentleman at front desk when I checked in.”

“The Blue Jay room is beautiful. It was well appointed, the bed extremely comfortable and the jacuzzi tub quite enjoyable. We enjoyed coffee and a game of billiards before we checked out. Check-in was easy and the owners communicated well.”

“My 9 DAY STAY with the children paid in full ~ due to having to be out of my home while all flooring is being replaced. The pool had NO AIR WHATSOEVER!! I requested help multiple times and was told a part was on order!! Had to open exterior door to try and even breathe while kids played. Not even one open window with 100+ outside temp. Housekeeping was a 100% JOKE!! They not only didn't change bedding but when I placed placard on bed that asks for fresh linens I was told they weren't a HIGH……

“We canceled our reservation after an uncomfortable experience at the front desk. We had an issue with the deposit, but the main reason we decided not to stay was the attitude of the old man at the front desk. After a long drive to get there, we expected a simple greeting, a welcoming smile, and professional customer service. Instead, we were met with a very serious and unfriendly attitude, with no greeting or warm welcome at all. We also noticed the same behaviour toward other guests coming in……

“Very rude stuff. My commodas clocked, and they told me to hold it for 2 hours. Till the maintenance comes. And they refuse to give me another room.”
