Top Floor Mountainside Condo at Mackenzie Plaza
Escape to this beautifully appointed top-floor, corner unit with expansive mountain views, luxury finishes and original Canadian artwork. Hillside Get-Away is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, premium appliances, and ample seating for a cozy dining experience. Unwind in the spacious, open-concept living area after a day on the slopes, or enjoy the crisp mountain air from the patio, furnished with comfortable outdoor seating.

MacKenzie Plaza is conveniently situated between Revelstoke Mountain Resort and Downtown Revelstoke, each just a 5 minute drive away. Hillside Get-Away is located on the top floor of Building 4 in a private corner unit.
On the ground level there is a lovely plaza with a playground, as a drop-in daycare, gym, coffee shop, liquor store and more!
The Revelstoke Resort Shuttle (BC Transit Route 5) stops at the condo to take you to the ski hill and beyond. Visit the Revelstoke Transfers website for the current schedule and fare information.
Hive & Co Property Management provides access to the property via a code for the lobby door entrance and a fob is then located inside the unit for future entry. Access to this code will be provided the day of check-in. The fob is also used for the underground parking.
Entry- Hillside Get-Away has a long entry hall with coat hooks and boot trays. Boot and glove dryers are also provided. There is a coat closet in the hallway for any extra outwear to be tucked away.
Kitchen- Feel right at home with this fully stocked kitchen featuring quality appliances, including a Moccamaster drip coffee maker and a bean grinder. Whole beans are supplied from Holm, a local gourmet coffee company. The kitchen has a set of high end Global knives and sharpener, making all your cooking dreams come true. We also provide kitchen basics including salt, pepper, olive oil, tea, sugar, and environmentally friendly dish soap and dishwasher tabs from our local refillery in town.
Dining- Enjoy a meal at the 6-seater dining table, or have a quick breakfast at the countertop bar before heading out for the day.
Living- Relax on the plush velvet sofa after a day of adventures and watch your favorite movie on the large Smart TV equipped with a quality Sonos speaker. Guests can also connect to the speaker and play music from their own device. The comfy accent chairs are perfect for curling up with a good book and cup of tea.
Wifi- Access our 500 Mbps fibre internet, perfect for those who are working remotely.
Bedroom 1- A king size bed with an Endy mattress, 680 thread count sheets, and a down comforter, ensuring you get a good night's sleep. Wake up to refreshing mountain views as this bedroom's window does not face any other Mackenzie Plaza buildings. The full-size closet allows you to comfortably unpack your belongings.
Ensuite Bathroom- This 4-piece bathroom is stocked with all-natural products by Oneka. Enjoy a nice long soak in the bathtub after playing in the snow.
Bedroom 2- This bedroom has two twin beds with Endy mattresses and down comforters. The large window also looks out to mountain views. A full size closet is available for all your storage needs. The beds do not convert.
Bathroom 2- This 3-piece bathroom has a full size washer and dryer. It is also stocked with a full-size hair dryer and products by Oneka.
Patio- Get some fresh air and watch the snowflakes fall from the cozy patio seating, with easy access from the open concept living area. Enjoy the BBQ in all 4 seasons.
HIGHWAY 1 EAST ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Townley Street
- at the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East)
- turn left at the stop sign on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the second exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex
- you will be in the fourth building on the left, building 4, Unit 4407
HIGHWAY 1 NORTH ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Victoria Road
- at the traffic circle, take your 2nd exit (Victoria Road)
- at the next traffic circle, take your second exit (4th Street East)
- turn left on the stop sign at Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the second exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex
-you will be in the fourth building on the left, building 4, Unit 4407
