“Loved it”

“The property was recently updated with the amenities modernized. The staff were more than helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well maintained.”

“The room had a floral perfume like smell to it which causes me migraines. There was no mirror in the bathroom which was weird. Hard to figure out how to do my hair. Only one mirror in the whole room and it was in a poorly lit area. The curtains didn't hang right do it let the light from the outside lights in the room. The breakfast was some of the worst I have had in a hotel. There were holes in the duvet and you didn't have a decent blanket to use for a cover. The water on our second……

“Perfect spot for our weekend away visiting Hermann. The cottage was so cute, clean, & comfortable bed. Nice morning walk on the trail on the property to the lake with a bridge-beautiful fall scenery! When we checked in, the smoke alarm was beeping due to low battery & it required a ladder to access so the front desk was notified. The hostess & maintenance guy came right away to fix it. They were very nice. Would def stay at this property again.”

“It was a great experience! The only thing that would have made it better was a designated parking spot. We had a difficult time with parking and expected that to be part of the stay. We were told we could park behind the property but the Hermann Manor already had trucks parked there.”

“Comfortable and clean hotel. Located in a nice neighborhood. Came here for the solar eclipse. Great stay.”

“Our host mentioned he does not receive messages from Expedia postings. So if you are not receiving check-in information, you might want to find another way to contact them. The property is lovely. The Treehouse was perfect for my granddaughter and me.”

“Needs a good cleaning. Breakfast was lacking.Shower made an awful noise. Check in gal was nice and bed was comfortable.”

“The room was clean. The owners of the property were great…very informative about the area and answered all our questions. The location of the Inn was very good, within walking distance of most of the great shops and restaurants! The Taxi service we used was also amazing! Never had to wait more than 10 minutes and every driver was very nice and friendly! Our stay was great! The area is beautiful!”

“The staff was super friendly. It was an excellent experience all the way around.”

“We loved this place- very unique! Clean and great communication from hosts.”

“Excellent”

“Staying at Stone Haus was like visiting a distant relative. The owners were friendly and inviting. Their dog Mandy was also friendly. The place was filled with various antique pieces and paintings. It made us feel right at home. The breakfast we were served could have fed twice as many people. We did not use the hot tub though it was offered to us. Its location offered a quiet neighborhood and lovely scenery. It truly felt like home. the experience was lovely.”

“The property is nice and staff is great but in my opinion the property is way overpriced for what you receive and everything is an extra charge. I just expect more than a few sodas and other basic items included for $350 a night cabin. It was in wine country and they did not even give you a bottle of local wine!”

“The room was nice, very small. We had a King bed. The linens were very clean as was the room. We arrived a little early, only to be met with a hand-written sign that says no rooms are available before 3pm. The front desk is unmanned. Once 3pm came, the staff was very friendly and helpful and efficient. It would be nice if there was assistance at the front desk and early check in was available. Not everyone can time their travel exactly to arrive at 3pm or later. We were there for a wedding in……
