“We had a great stay at this lovely DC row home! It was conveniently located close to RFK fields, downtown, and Georgetown—perfect for all the places we needed to be. The home had plenty of space for three adults and a child, and we really appreciated that everyone had their own bathroom. Being closer to central DC, there was a bit of city noise, but nothing that disrupted our stay. Ubers were always just a few minutes away. The host was responsive and check in was a breeze. It worked out great……

“Great place for a group of 7, especially with kids & have the bunk beds. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions. It was alittle warm in the upstairs bedrooms even with the 2 portable AC units but we managed. A short walk to the free DC trolley which was used daily with our group. If you have a bigger vehicle, the parking spot in the back is tricky to get into so once you’re parked, I’d leave it and walk to the free trolley. “The home is large and spacious. We had a group of 6 with plenty of room. Our host was EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE when it came to replacing the coffee pot and we had a new one within the hour.”

“Everything about this house is sooo nice! The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is clean and updated, and the beds are comfortable. The hosts are responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner.;) The nearest metro stop is a little over a mile from the house but we were able to walk it easily. Union Market was a fun place to get a meal or drink;) ”

“We had a fantastic stay at this charming row home in Bloomingdale. The property was well-appointed, and exactly as described online. The check-in process would be a minor area for improvement. We traveled from afar and it would have been helpful to receive the access instructions more than 24hours in advance of our arrival as noted. The communication with the host was prompt and helpful throughout. The location was ideal—quiet yet close to major attractions, with easy access to public transit.……
