“We had a wonderful stay! The host was great—very responsive and easy to communicate with. The home itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was super convenient, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.The only downside was that parking could be a bit challenging, and each evening around 6pm a group of people would gather in the vacant lot next to the home. They seemed harmless, but the late-night noise and traffic were a bit disruptive.Overall, it was a lovely...

“all was good. Did not cook while we were there but all liked like there was adequate cooking equipment. One thing that was missing was a wine bottle opener.Home was clean and adequate space for all. Might suggest another tv as we had several guests who did not all want to watch sports or same movie. ”

“Nice quiet apartment that was just what we needed for our 4-night stay with 4 adults. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals to save a bit of money. There's ample close-by parking on the street. We hired an Uber for around 25 each time we went into DC since we aren't familiar with public transportation. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here if we were ever in the area again!”

“Overall the place was very nice and convenient for our group of 6 adults. We particularly enjoyed the front porch and terrace/yard area. TV in the common area was small for the space but we weren't there to watch TV. The only discrepancy to note is that the listing says 11AM check out and a 10AM check out was communicated everywhere else. Surrounding area felt safe.”

“Friends and I were in DC to watch the Bears beat the Commanders. This place was great for us. Kitchen had everything we needed for our breakfast every day. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we had to get to. I highly recommend this stay if you’re looking. ”
