“We have just returned for 10 days at Ella helea. I would recommend if I had a family with children however as a couple we would have most likely been better off with the adult only option. There was a lot of children, the buffet was always queued to get in and get a table. The swimming pool is not heated and was very cold in October. The sea however was warm. Overall the stay was good but not 5* in my opinion.”

“I always do all inclusive, but this time I was traveling with picky eaters so I didn't. I couldn't even get ice or ice water at the hotel, only at breakfast (because I got breakfast included) I was told it was hotel policy, well that policy sucks. I travel a lot, and Rodos palace won't be in my future or my family's future accommodations.”

“Overall a lovely resort and enjoyable stay. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and rooms were beautiful. A few small things which we found were worth a mention. The buggies made a loud beeping noise which woke us up most mornings and we did hear it at night too as they drove by. The half board menu was very limited with only one choice for dessert and starter and 2 mains to choose from. The breakfast buffet however was excellent.”

“Um 7 Uhr wurden die Liegen reserviert Personal wollte zusätzliche 20€ pro Tag”

“It was great place”

“飯店服務真的很好，第一天入住房間與我們期待有落差，反應後隔天幫我們調整到別家房間，可以感受到用心，整個飯店的人員都非常親切”

“The second time we have visited the hotel and this time was just as awesome as the first. Great food, amazing clean room and amazing, friendly and extremely helpful staff. Thank you”

“Great trip, recommend the upgrade to Casa cook”

“Very nice place will definitely go back”

“Very grand hotel, it is picturesque. What we enjoyed about the hotel is the location. On the beach and very lovely weather to enjoy by the pool. The evening bar had a really nice touch with tasty drinks and great outdoor area. There was quite a few dislikes. Even though the hotel felt modern the rooms didn’t. It was quite outdated. We stayed at the Mountain view room. The huge downside is at 7am you will hear the staff with their trolleys walking past the rooms which is incredibly loud and……

“Excellent Hotel. Very clean and stylish design. The quality of the beds, all fixtures & fittings were of a high standard. The staff were very efficient & friendly. I am sure after a busy long summer they were tired but it never showed and they were genuinely polite . Breakfast is buffet style with lots of choice. The pool area is compact but very nice with vibe music. We were given fresh fruit kebabs which was a nice touch and also a leaving gift of local delicacies. 10/10 for this Greek……

“Rooms not as described extremely misleading imagery on here and we tried two. Both were dirty handprints all over surfaces, rooms smelled of smoke, cracked sink, dirty bath, old beds the list goes on. We asked for another room then asked for our money back after being given a second similar room, refund of any kind was refused although expedia offered 100 euro of 1000 for 5 nights. We left and booked elsewhere as we were just married and did not want to ruin our short trip. We have since taken……
